I experienced the very great privilege to re-acquaint with Andy at a company sponsored three day conference, where I ordered a package from Andy's people. It arrived in about a week, just before a planned trip by train to visit my grandchildren. As the train left the station, I decided to begin my read of "The Traveler's Gift" as well as "Island of Saints". The latter I read for most of the night, from Denver to Iowa, finishing about an hour before my final destination. This is truly a powerful story filled with dynamic imagery, as well as Andy's storyteller point of view.
The return trip to Denver was occupied by my reading of The Traveler's Gift, which required me, at times, to simply put the book down and consider my own life's consequences and how my mission remains. This guide is, to me, Andy's gift to mankind and our own individual lives. And we are grateful.
