Shipping Policies

Please Note: Your order will be sent out the next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday only. Please contact us if you need a special Saturday UPS delivery. Currently we only accept orders shipped to the USA and Canada.

All shipments with personalized items may be delayed for up to two weeks.

Shipping Examples:

1. You place an order on Monday and request Next Day Air shipping: Your order is sent out on Tuesday and you get it on Wednesday.
2. You place an order on Friday and request 2nd Day Air shipping: Your order is sent out on Monday and you get it on Wednesday.
3. You place an order on Wednesday and request Ground (standard) shipping: Your order is sent out on Thursday and you get it 2 to 6 days later.

Shipping Information

At this time, the online store only accepts orders being shipped within the USA or Canada.

Most orders are shipped out the following business day. If your order has further delays, you will be notified by email or phone.

All orders leaving our warehouse are shipped via UPS, unless your address is a PO Box. In that case, your order will be shipped Priority Mail.

Outgoing packages are sent from Franklin, TN zip code 37069. To see how long a standard UPS Ground package will take to get to your particular address, please refer to our transit map.
