Three Ways to Order from AndyAndrews.com
- Online- You can make your quick and secure purchase from our eStore. We take every possible precaution to ensure maximum security throughout your purchase process. Once your order is confirmed, our friendly customer care team will send your order confirmation, tracking number and shipment notification via email.
- Phone- For your convenience, we have a simple automated phone ordering system. Simply download, print and fill out our order form from our website. Then call 1-800-726-ANDY (2639) to make your purchase. A customer care representative will call you promptly to confirm all of the order details prior to shipping it out. If you call between 9am and 4pm CST, Monday - Friday, your order should go out on the same day.
- Fax- We are happy to accept your order via fax. Simply download, print and fill out our order form from our website. Once completed, fax to 1-877-331-8831. One of our friendly customer care representatives will call to confirm your order prior to shipment. If you call betwee 9am and 4pm CST, Monday - Friday, your order should go out on the same day.

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped out the following business day. If your order has further delays, you will be notified by email or phone.
All orders leaving our warehouse are shipped via UPS, unless your address is a PO Box. In that case, your order will be shipped Priority Mail.
Outgoing packages are sent from Franklin, TN zip code 37069. To see how long a standard UPS Ground package will take to get to your particular address, please refer to our transit map.

Due to a lack of package control and ability to track our packages, we are unable to ship orders to the following countries and/or continents. We apologize for any inconvenience.
