How Blessed I Am
Sunday, March 20, 2011
I am a caretaker of my Grandmother who is almost 94 years old. Last mother's day I awoke to a perfectly horrible day. Grandma and I had just spent a week sick in bed with the flu. It was so hard taking care of her while I was sick myself. An agency here in town was supposed to come build something in our front yard that would make it easier to take grandma down the steep steps to the...

I was fortunate enough to hear Andy speak at the Women of Faith conference in Des Moines in 2010. At this conference during a very difficult time in my life I heard Andy's one of a kind message reminding me that not only is God enough for me, but I am enough for God. He also spoke about how our hearts our restless until they rest in the Lord. I listened as he continued to talk about...

I heard Andy Andrews on this past Saturday at AdvoCare's Success School. I downloaded "The Noticer" and "The Traveler's Gift" before I got on my flight home. After dinner last night, I made a trip to Barnes & Noble and bought "The Butterfly Effect" and read it today. It brought tears to my eyes that everything I do matters and that I no longer feel as...

I found Andy at Advocare Success School and immediately loved his unique way of speaking in stories, using his smiles and laughter while introducing very profound, touching and life-changing concepts. The first book I read was The Traveler's Gift. It moved me to tears, and I enjoyed it immensely, thinking I could apply the 7 decisions to change my life. Like always though, as soon as...

My wife suggested I read "The Noticer" and since I took her advice I have given copies to a few people due to it's remarkable impact on my personal prespectives. One person I gave it to was my father who lives in CA, I live in IA. After reading the book he decided he needed to make my children more of a priority in his life and got on a plane within 2 weeks and spent a week...

I heard Andy in February 2010 in Dallas & received a copy of The Noticer. I read it on the plane trip back to FL. Shortly afterwards, my Dad's health started to fail. I read a section to Mom about 'worry' as she was concerned about financial ruin amid Dad's problems. Dad went home in June and all of the things that Mom had worried about did not materialize. She has since...

When I worked as cruise staff at Norwegian Cruise Lines, Andy was a regular as a comedian. He was always very friendly and approachable with staff and passengers. His humor was family oriented and very funny. We couldn't wait for his return.

I saw Andy at the Women of Faith Conference in DC in 2010. The one single thing he said that impacted me the most was that smart people read. Got my nose back in the books and that has reopened many doors. It is possible to rise above our current situations. Love his sense of humor and quick wit.

On May 9th 2009 I went out and bought The Noticer. I started reading it that day and a little bit the next day, which was Mother's Day. My mother passed away a couple of hours after I talked to her on Mother's Day.
I wasn't able to go home to NS until Tuesday so I had the rest of Sunday and Monday here by myself. It was a hard time to be alone but I kept reading the...

Just finished " The Lost Choice" hadn't got to page 6 before I was underlining things I wanted to find again later. His books always give me "nuggets' of truths I want to hold forever. I love Andy's books, as a matter of fact I was reading this last one so fast I forced myself to put it down for a few days to make it last longer, and every day I'd look at...

I have had the priviledge of hearing Andy speak on two different occassions at AdvoCare's Success School, and have read all of his books. Not only is Andy engaging, and outrageously funny, but he is a man with a message worth hearing. In his writings and in his speaking, Andy's heart is evident: we are each important, and are worth the efforts required to achieve our dreams.

I read "The Noticer" in the summer of 2009 while on vacation at the beach. I just couldn't put the book down and finished it in an afternoon. Then my 15 year old grandson read it in an afternoon and my friend read it next. The insight and perspective that Andy shows us is more inspirational than words can express. Then I learned that Andy Andrews was to be a speaker at our...

Dear Andy,
Just over two years ago I feel God revealed something to me while on a weekend visit to the Carolina coast. It all had to do with the way our mind works during decisions being made throughout our daily lives. Several things happened during my time there and I will never forget that weekend trip. It seems like God confirmed this to me as I read your books and watch your...

I heard Andy speak and had the privilege to meet him at a company convention. It was that day I began my "self improvement" journey. I recently finished reading "The Travelers Gift" for the third time and am currently reading “Mastering the Seven Decisions”. I am studying these books because of my participation in a book club that...

Hello Mr. Andrews:
My wife had given me your book "The Butterfly Effect" for Christmas.
I used to do a speech for the local American Red Cross where I used to talk about blood donation and how it saved my life and then the life of a young girl in Bowling Green, KY by the actions of our son Matthew Knight.
During my birth, my...
